This is an easy to read translation of the original document. It’s not that long and you should read what the founders had to say about the tyranny they were separating themselves from.

With all that has been going on lately with the infringement on the 2nd amendment, the passing of broad laws in the NDAA (National Defense Authorization Act) which means the government can nullify or define the 1st amendment (free speech) and the 5th amendment (due process) and indefinitely detain citizens. Something is definitly wrong in America! Now they want to make sure you can’t fight back (against this tyranny) by slowly making it more difficult to arm yourself. Do you remember, the Dept. of Homeland Security purchased 1.6 BILLION bullets in the past year! That’s DHS, not the Dept. of Defence! Why? Tyranny!

The Declaration of Independence: Has Obama become the King George in this document? Has he become a tyrant?

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpation’s  all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

• He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
• He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
• He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
• He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
• He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
• He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
• He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
• He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
• He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
• He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
• He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
• He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
• He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
• For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
• For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
• For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:
• For imposing Taxes on us without our Consent:
• For depriving us in many cases, of the benefits of Trial by Jury:
• For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
• For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
• For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
• For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
• He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
• He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
• He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
• He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
• He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our British brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

Returning home after two months on the road touring the country singing, speaking, writing, and campaigning to defeat Obama, I felt similar to a heartbroken soldier after losing a war.  I trust God, but in all candor, I felt emotionally drained.

Shopping for salad stuff in Walmart, I focused on a sign — “Gold Bell Peppers $1.68 each.”  To my surprise, I became extremely angry.  As absurd as it sounds, $1.68 for one bell pepper was the straw that broke the camel’s back.  It epitomized my frustration and anger over the idiocy of Obama voters.  Why in the world would they allow Obama to continue destroying our country?

Food and gas costs continue to skyrocket.  Obama’s war on domestic fuel, business, and the rich kills jobs.  He has tripled our national debt.  And yet, according to exit polls, 52% still believe that our poor economy is Bush’s fault.

An idiot relative said, “I voted for Obama because Romney will make us all Mormons.”  A yahoo said, “I voted for free health care.”  News flash, knucklehead: health care ain’t free.

Thank God Christmas is over a month away.  I need time for God to give me the grace to forgive my black family.  I am furious and extremely disappointed in them for voting skin color over Christian principles.

I feel like saying, “Don’t tell me about your commitment to Jesus Christ ever again.  I don’t want to hear it!”

I will not apologize for my anger, because mine is a righteous anger.  Evil appearing to triumph should make one angry.  Jesus was angry when He turned over the tables of the money-changers in the temple.

The Bible says, “Be angry, but sin not.”  Thus, I will not tell off my family, and I forgive them.  But I think it best that I not be in their presence or take their phone calls for a while.

Like millions of Americans, my heart is broken for my country.  Years of liberals indoctrinating our kids K through college and liberal bias in the media have created a wasteland of dumbed down idiot voters.  Far too many Americans are clueless as to the greatness of our republic and the extraordinary cost and value of freedom which is our God-given birthright.

I am angry over the willful ignorance and racism of black America.  During an interview on the “Inside Detroit” radio program, I informed black liberal host Mildred Gaddis that gas was $1.84 when Obama took office.  Mildred rejected this fact.  I begged her to research it.  Mildred said you cannot believe everything on the internet.  Mildred also rejected the truth that Obama supports abortion and that half of black babies are aborted.

Mildred rejected various easily confirmed truths about Obama’s destructive leadership — I am talking willful ignorance.  As far as Mildred and her listeners were concerned, Obama’s skin color automatically made him worthy of their vote.

I am outraged regarding the blatant voter fraud in states where a photo ID was not required to vote.

More disappointed than angry, I was shocked to learn that Romney got 3 million fewer Republican votes than John McCain got.  After four years of Obama’s tyranny, I assumed Republicans would crawl across broken glass to vote against Obama regardless of our candidate.

Since the election, I have avoided much of the media.  I could not stomach the left spiking the football or weak-kneed, conviction-less pandering from our side.  Decisions made in panic or fear are always unwise.  Better to wait until the dust clears rather than make new fear-based policy statements.

I still believe that pedal-to-the-metal conservatism works every time it is tried.  Why?  Because unlike liberalism, conservatism speaks to the higher nature of the human spirit and is best for all.  Pure and simple.

Yes, there will always be those who want a free ride.  Jesus said the poor you will have with you always.  No one is against a safety net for those truly in need.

When the virtues of conservatism are boldly articulated, they win in a landslide, as per Ronald Reagan.

Beyond the catastrophic economic issues, Americans cried when Obama won re-election because of the death of an ideal.  This dictator appears to have transformed America from being a shining example of the virtues of a free society into a nation of deadbeats in which class envy and government dependency rule.  So yes, I am very angry.

Here is the good news.  I am witnessing a new heightened resolve in patriots to fight harder than ever to turn our country around.  We are in a culture war, and more and more are beginning to realize it.

So I will suck up my anger, trust God, rest in His peace, and continue doing my part in the battle to restore America.

A friend from Chicago, involved in Illinois politics who has known Obama since his early days in the Illinois State Senate, told me that two things that trump everything else in Obama’s mind: redistributing the wealth and empowering labor unions.  Look at everything the President does, my friend says, and you will find one or the other lurking in the background.

My friend’s analysis may explain a lot about the current state of affairs concerning the standoff over the so-called fiscal cliff and Obama’s refusal to abandon the idea that he must raise taxes on the rich. The President and his henchmen certainly understand that raising taxes on the richest 2% of taxpayers (in reality these people are not the richest but those with the highest incomes) makes little economic sense – doing so would reduce the deficit for 2012 from $1.10 trillion to $1.02 trillion or, in these numbers, really not at all. So something else is going on.

There is no question that there is plenty of politics going on, for one thing.  Obama didn’t learn how to play politics in Chicago for nothing, and he didn’t come out of his second successful presidential campaign without realizing how to hoodwink the voters while putting Republicans over a barrel.  As squishy Republicans begin to agree with him that maybe, just maybe, we could raise taxes just a little bit Obama understands that if he wins on this one, he’ll be able to push Congressional Republicans around for the rest of the Congress.

Obama is also an ideologue, and has made no bones about his intent of transforming the country into his vision of a socialist, or near-socialist, paradise.  First on the list is to redistribute the wealth, best done through the tax code.

It can also be done by eliminating loopholes and deductions (especially those most often used by the rich) and reforming the tax code, which is exactly what Obama proposed in July of 2011.  But now that John Boehner is proposing it, Obama resorts to Chicago politics and refuses to even consider that, and refuses as well to even consider cutting spending knowing that when Boehner caves, Obama can get a start at wealth redistribution and leave the mess that follows to his successor, whoever that may be.

Obama and the Democrats would very much like to get the fiscal cliff – debt limit – defense sequester debate out of the way so they can move on to other things. They all understand the dynamics of a second term, how miserable it can be, and how soon anything productive they have in mind for the country grinds to a halt.  They all know that effectively they have about 14 months to get anything done, as by March of 2014 the fall Congressional elections will be the first – or only – thing on their minds, and everything they do will be geared toward re-election.  Just ask Lyndon Johnson, or Richard Nixon, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush – and even Ronald Reagan.  All had big trouble in their second terms, and all lost plenty of seats in Congress in that awful sixth year. Neither Congressional Democrats nor Obama want to be raising taxes, arguing about Medicare and Social Security, or voting on the debt limit any closer to November 2014 than possible. Losing issues, particularly in an off-year election.

In his Saturday radio address to the nation on December 8, Obama said that there is still some wiggle room on what Democrats are willing to give in negotiations over the “fiscal cliff.” But increasing taxes on the wealthy, he stressed, is “one principle I won’t compromise on.” In Obama’s world, in other words, ideology trumps the good of the nation anytime.

Great! Maybe Kate could return the favor and give Snooki and her fellow Americans some advice. About fiscal prudence, for example. Say what you like about a high-living, big-spending, bloated, decadent, parasitical, wastrel monarchy, but, compared to the citizen-executive of a republic of limited government, it’s a bargain. So, while the lovely Duchess of Cambridge nurses her baby bump, the equally radiant president of the United States nurses his ever more swollen debt belly. He and his family are about to jet off on their Christmas vacation to watch America slide off the fiscal cliff from the luxury beach resort of Kailua. The cost to taxpayers of flying one man, his wife, two daughters, and a dog to Hawaii is estimated at $3,639,622. For purposes of comparison, the total bill for flying the entire royal family (Queen, princes, dukes, the works) around the world for a year is £4.7 million — or about enough for two Obama vacations.

According to the USAF, in 2010 Air Force One cost American taxpayers $181,757 per flight hour. According to the Royal Canadian Air Force, in 2011 the CC-150 Polaris military transport that flew William and Kate from Vancouver to Los Angeles cost Her Majesty’s Canadian subjects $15,505 per hour — or about 8/100ths of the cost.

Unlike a republic, monarchy in a democratic age means you can’t go around queening it. That RCAF boneshaker has a shower the size of a phone booth, yet the Duchess of Cambridge looked almost as glamorous as Snooki when she emerged onto the steps at LAX. That’s probably because Canada’s 437 Squadron decided to splash out on new bedding for the royal tour. Amanda Heron was dispatched to the local mall in Trenton, Ontario, and returned with a pale blue and white comforter and matching pillows. Is there no end to the grotesque indulgence of these over-pampered royal deadbeats? “I found a beautiful set,” said Master-Corporal Heron. “It was such a great price I bought one for myself.”

Nevertheless, Canadian journalists and politicians bitched and whined about the cost of this disgusting jet-set lifestyle nonstop throughout the tour. At the conclusion of their official visit to California, Their Royal Highnesses flew on to Heathrow with their vast entourage of, er, seven people — and the ingrate whining Canadians passed the baton to their fellow ingrate whiners across the Atlantic. As the Daily Mail in London reported, “High Fliers: Prince William and his wife Kate spend an incredible £52,000 on the one-way flight from LA to London for themselves and their seven-strong entourage.” Incredible! For £52,000, you couldn’t take the president from Washington to a state visit to an ice-cream parlor in a Maryland suburb. Obama flew Air Force One from Washington to Williamsburg, Va., requiring a wide-bodied transatlantic jet that holds 500 people to ferry him a distance of a little over 100 miles. And, unlike their British and Canadian counterparts, the American media are entirely at ease with it.

Just for the record, William and Kate actually spent an “incredible” £51,410 — or about $80,000 — for nine business-class tickets on British Airways to Heathrow. At the check-in desk at Los Angeles, BA graciously offered the Duke and Duchess an upgrade to first class. GEORGE OSBORNE is preparing to launch a raid on the pension benefits of high earners in his autumn statement as part of a deal with the Liberal Democrats to squeeze the rich. The chancellor has succumbed to pressure from Nick Clegg to tax the incomes of the better off as the price for keeping the benefits bill under control.

On Wednesday, Osborne is expected to reduce from £50,000 the amount of money people can pay into their pensions each year with tax relief. The treasury is working on the details but a raid on pensions could raise £600m if the threshold is reduced to £40,000 and up to £1.8bn if cut to £30,000. Another option is to cut the level of pension tax relief higher earners can claim…
